Reporting Issues

Dragonfly has a dedicated module that can be used to report any undesirable behavior you may come across.

Choose Help > Report an Issue to open the dialog shown below. The Dragonfly development team asks that you use this dialog whenever possible to report problems you encounter with the application.

Dragonfly also lets you include comments and other information along with generated DMP files and log files whenever the application encounters an issue that results in a crash or freeze.

Send Report to ORS dialog

Whenever you send a report to ORS, try to include as much information as possible, such as how to reproduce the problem, to help us understand the circumstances under which the problem occurred.
